Students work in teams with New York City-based performing arts organizations, venues, and cultural institutions to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for upcoming productions or events. Explores audience development, ticketing strategies, experiential branding, social media engagement, partnership development, and measurement of marketing effectiveness in the arts and entertainment sector. Through hands-on collaboration with industry partners, students apply marketing frameworks to real-world challenges while gaining insight into NYC's vibrant cultural landscape. Emphasizes the intersection of creative vision and business strategy required to successfully market experiences that engage, inspire, and build lasting audience relationships.
