Discusses why companies fail, tools for identifying the root cause(s) of a company’s financial decline, and processes for maximizing value for its prioritized stakeholders. Covers corporate renewal and the turnaround management process, bankruptcy law and its application, evaluation and stabilization processes and tools, and building a high-performance organization while in crisis.
