Explores the development of business experiments, user/design research, and hypothesis formation. Engages business analysis techniques in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. Offers students an opportunity to obtain the tools to provide evidence-based organizational recommendations. Critically engages ethical issues and reflexivity in business analysis research.
