Explores how firms can effectively shape ecosystems, create value through partnerships, and align the interests of various stakeholders. Examines key topics such as stakeholder theory, ecosystem mapping, ecosystem evolution, and digital transformation. Uses case studies, readings, and practical exercises to offer students an opportunity to identify ecosystem dynamics; map stakeholder landscapes; and implement strategies for fostering collaboration, innovation, and resilience. Also addresses the challenges of managing stakeholder expectations in the face of rapid technological change, evolving consumer preferences, and increasing demands for corporate responsibility.
