Explores the roles of different mental health professions. Discusses how psychological theories and research findings can be applied to address real-world challenges. Presents firsthand accounts of how professionals design and implement culturally sensitive strategies for prevention, intervention, and advocacy with vulnerable children and youth facing a range of developmental and mental health issues.
