ENTR 6450 — Lean Design and Development

Covers the intersection of product development and entrepreneurship. Focuses on how small technical teams can quickly investigate opportunity spaces, develop and select concepts, and translate these into prototypes. Other topics include industrial design, managing product teams, prototyping, and design commercialization. Explores the differences in product development between physical products, IT, biotechnology, and nanotechnology.
