Offers an advanced workshop in creative writing focused on the development of a sustained body of work in poetry, fiction,creative nonfiction, or hybrid or experimental forms. Emphasizes genre-specific craft, revision, and project design. Situates student writing within broader literary traditions and contemporary conversations, while encouraging engagement with forms and strategies drawn from outside a primary genre. Builds on prior workshop experience with a focus on extended critique, self-directed writing, and the production of a final portfolio. May be repeated once.
