COMM 1122 — Storytelling Across Media

Introduces students to the fundamentals of audio, video, and web necessary to digitally communicate and enhance all forms of storytelling in today’s world. Focuses on place-based storytelling─stories where the setting matters and place becomes a key subject or character. Offers students an opportunity to build a cohesive online portfolio of original stories and assignments that demonstrate awareness of the role of storytelling in communication, to develop professional production values, and to find their creative voice.
