Topics include purification and characterization of proteins, kinetic properties of enzymes, isolation of high-molecular-weight DNA, and protein separation; DNA mapping; spectrophotometry; peptide mapping and sequencing; enzyme kinetics; and extraction, separation, and isolation techniques.
