NTR 6101 — Global Health/Nutrition Program Planning

Focuses on planning for the development, implementation, and evaluation of global community-based health/nutrition programs. Explores and applies various program/policy analysis and evaluation tools, social science theoretical perspectives, and other models pertaining to global community-based health/nutrition programs. Examines how to set realistic goals tied to outcomes that improve health and support wellness of diverse and target audiences. Explores changing nutritional behavior and the various global and cultural barriers to such change.
