Offers students an opportunity to engage with concepts, research, and best practices to plan classroom instruction. Reflects on resources and research to develop a supportive learning environment for English learners. Practices application of tools and coordination of materials to develop, maintain, and improve learning experiences for English learners. Analyzes how cultural groups and individual cultural identities affect language learning and school achievement.
