Includes an initial analysis of needs; the design of aligned objectives, learning strategies, and assessments; and resource development, delivery methods, implementation, and evaluation planning. Emphasizes creation of authentic learning-based solutions to identify problems of practice using design models that align with scope, content, learning context, and learner.
