Offers students an opportunity to participate as choreographers, dancers, and technicians to produce the spring dance concert. Students create and rehearse individual choreographic works, and renowned guest artists also create or restage choreographic works for the production. Faculty mentors student choreographers throughout the semester. Auditions and casting culminate in biweekly rehearsals that afford experimentation, creative practices, and realization of both technical and artistic voices in performance. Addresses all aspects of producing a dance concert including publicity, costuming, lighting, and scene design. Both the Great Hall and the Theresa Lang Theatre serve as venues. May be repeated up to three times.
