Offers students an opportunity to refine the integration of movement material with cognitive operations and movement intentions, including physical memory and sensory awareness, to develop quality of movement as a platform for artistic expression. Readings and written assignments are integral to the course to promote further critical thinking and analysis of ballet while historicizing its practice. May be repeated three times.
