Provides basic computational skills working with real genomic datasets using the Unix command line, RStudio, and Northeastern’s high-performance computing cluster. Introduces students to effective data practices while working with online genomic tools, data wrangling, designing workflows for genomic analysis, and using a computing cluster to analyze biological data.
